A Finish!

My Scrap Attack #1--Log Cabin quilt is done! Got the binding on and yes, rushed to get pictures and link up with Kathy's Slow Stitching Sunday. Now all I need to do is get it washed and put a label on.
Scrap Attack Log Cabin
This quilt wasn't made for my son per se, but it turned out to the perfect quilt to send off to college with him. Looking at it in its finished state makes me very happy. Knowing that all the blocks were made straight out of my scrap bin makes me almost ecstatic!

I need to make sure that I play more with those messy pieces over in the corner of my quilting room. There seems to be a treasure trove of great quilts buried somewhere in the spillage, I just know it.*wink
