I had a couple people ask me about my Christmas quilt. It's an older pattern called 'Festival of Trees' that later came out in a book called 'Juniper and Mistletoe' by Barbara Brackman and Karla Menaugh. I love it to pieces and wish I had room to hang it on a wall somewhere for year 'round viewing and admiration. lol

I'll take it as a compliment that my oldest son snap chatted a pic of it to a friend of his right after I got it arranged to take a full-on picture of it! Fun times right now. The refrigerator is being cleaned out almost faster than I can put food in it with all the kids home for the holidays. My husband surprised me with Chinese for lunch yesterday when he offered to drive me to town (45 minutes away) to do the last little bit of shopping for stocking stuffers and Christmas Eve/Dinner grocery shopping. I do love my guy. I do, I do.

I know that everyone is on their
very best behavior when I still had leftover Chinese for my lunch today. Yay! The threats of possible missing Christmas presents must have worked wonders 'cuz I know they don't believe in Santa anymore,
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone! It's so good to have friends that understand our mad passion for quilting. Here's a little
link that made me smile 'cuz I always seem to have these kinds of dilemma's during the holiday gatherings especially. First they ask 'What have you been up to lately?' and then I have all these frantic thoughts about what and how to answer depending on who I'm talking to....
Now it's time to get off the computer and start baking. I've been told there's a list.*wink
