Having Fun With Applique

Applique Block #2 Completed!
I am having way to much fun with these blocks.  I'm using original patterns for parts of the block, free-hand in other areas, and generally feeling very comfortable to just go with the flow.  I love the old fashioned look of the patterns mixed with the modern and not-so-modern day fabrics.  This is me getting a 'groove on' quilty-wise.  How cool is that?
