Have you tried "paperles...Great tulip blocks! Have you tried "paperless" paper piecing? If you use freezer paper for your templates, trace on the dull side, press to your fabric and fold right on the sew line and sew right next to it, you will have no papers to remove. You can use the pattern several times. You also can use your sewing machine without thread and sew on the lines to pierce the paper before you fold. I have done it both ways and it works great!
